Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At Mystic Aghori, every product is handcrafted with devotion and care.

We want your experience to be smooth, transparent and trustworthy.

This policy explains how refunds and returns work for both Domestic (India) and International orders.

🇮🇳 1. Domestic Orders (Within India)

1.1 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Damaged product Defective product Incorrect item received

Conditions:

Product must be unused and in original packaging Photo/video proof is required Return shipping label will be provided by us

1.2 Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.

1.3 Replacement

If stock is available, you can choose a replacement instead of refund.

🌍 2. International Orders (Outside India)

International logistics and customs rules are different.

To ensure a smooth process, we follow the below policy:

2.1 No Returns for International Orders

Due to high courier charges and customs regulations, we do not accept returns from international customers.

2.2 Refunds for International Orders

Refund is issued only if:

The item was damaged during shipping Wrong item delivered Item is defective Missing items

2.3 Evidence Required

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Photos/videos of the issue Packaging photos Order details

2.4 Refund Processing

Once verified:

Refund will be issued to the original payment method Processing time: 3–10 business days No return shipment is required from your side

2.5 Customs Duties (Non-Refundable)

Any customs duties, VAT, import fees charged by your country cannot be refunded.

📦 3. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Full refund will be issued.

After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

However, domestic returns & international refund rules apply as above.

📄 4. Non-Refundable Items

Products damaged due to customer misuse Items used or altered Items without unboxing video (in case of damage claims) Missing accessories due to improper customer handling

❗ 5. Important Note (For Both Domestic & International)

If a customer refuses to accept delivery or provides the wrong address:

Domestic orders → Delivery charges may be deducted International orders → Refund will not be issued (return shipping + customs charges apply)
